Shipping policy

Processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take an extra day or two, and we'll notify you by email if there will be a significant delay.

Shipping time
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery is usually 8-17 business days. While most orders arrive within this window, some destinations or high-demand periods may take a little longer.

Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Customs, duties and taxes
Restpaw is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).

Damages
Restpaw is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or us directly to file a claim.

International shipping
